1. Breeder guarantees this puppy is a purebred dachshund.
2. Breeder guarantees this dog for one year against life threatening birth defects and is in good health at the time of purchase.
4. Buyer agrees to take the dog to a veterinarian within 96 house of receipt for exam. If the dog is found to have any health problems buyer must notify breeder immediately. Dog may be returned to breeder for a full refund. If health problem is minor and buyer wishes to keep puppy, vet fee may be paid by ;the breeder only after notification by the buyer. If buyer gives the ok to perform medical procedure without notifying breeder first, them the vet bill must be paid in full by the buyer.
5. Buyer shall assume full responsibility for the health, temperament, size, and appearance of the puppy following 96 hours of purchase date.6. Buyer further agrees to maintain dog at all times in good health with periodic check-ups, heartworm treatment, and recommended immunizations.
7. The actions and upbringing of the puppy are the responsibility of the owner. Under no circumstances is the breeder to be held responsible for the dogs behavior and size.8. If for any reason you can no longer keep your puppy of dog, buyer promises to return him or her to the breeder.
